1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing MyWholeHealth's website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, visitors, and clients of MyWholeHealth coaching services.

2. Services Description

MyWholeHealth provides health coaching services focused on metabolic optimization and functional medicine principles. Our services include:

  • One-on-one health coaching consultations
  • Functional lab test interpretation (HTMA, OAT, metabolic panels)
  • Customized nutrition and supplementation protocols
  • Lifestyle optimization guidance
  • Text support and progress tracking

Important: MyWholeHealth coaching services are NOT medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our services are educational and supportive in nature.

3. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

MyWholeHealth is NOT a licensed medical provider. Bryce Reiber is an IHP-certified health coach, not a doctor, physician, or licensed healthcare practitioner.

All information provided through our services is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. You should:

  • Consult with your licensed healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions
  • Inform your doctor of any supplements, protocols, or lifestyle changes you implement
  • Continue seeing your doctor for medical diagnosis and treatment
  • Never stop prescribed medications without consulting your doctor

If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not rely on coaching services for emergency medical situations.

4. User Responsibilities

As a client of MyWholeHealth, you agree to:

  • Provide honest and accurate information about your health history, symptoms, and goals
  • Follow protocols and recommendations to the best of your ability
  • Communicate openly about challenges, side effects, or concerns
  • Take responsibility for your own health decisions and outcomes
  • Understand that results vary and are not guaranteed

5. Payment Terms

Program investment is discussed during the strategic assessment call based on your specific needs. Payment terms include:

  • Full payment is required before program commencement unless payment plan is agreed upon
  • Payment plans (if offered) require autopay setup and signed agreement
  • Lab tests are separate costs and paid directly to the lab provider
  • Supplement costs are not included in program fees

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel coaching services at any time by providing written notice via email to [email protected].

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of program start
  • Refunds are prorated based on services already rendered (calls completed, lab interpretations provided)
  • Lab test fees and supplement purchases are non-refundable
  • No refunds are provided after 30 days or after more than 50% of scheduled calls have been completed

7. Results Disclaimer

No guarantees of specific results. Every individual's health situation is unique. While we use evidence-based protocols and functional medicine principles, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Factors affecting results include:

  • Compliance with protocols and recommendations
  • Severity and duration of existing health conditions
  • Individual biological variability and genetic factors
  • External stressors and life circumstances

Client testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not typical results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyWholeHealth and Bryce Reiber shall not be liable for:

  • Any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or consequences resulting from following our recommendations
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage arising from use of our services

Your total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through MyWholeHealth services (protocols, educational materials, lab interpretations, program documents) is proprietary and copyrighted.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or republish program materials without written permission
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
  • Claim ownership of MyWholeHealth's intellectual property

Materials are licensed to you for personal use only.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your personal health information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. However, please note:

  • We are not bound by HIPAA (we are not a covered healthcare provider)
  • Confidentiality may be broken if required by law or to prevent harm
  • Anonymized testimonials or case studies may be shared (with your permission)

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Colorado courts.
